The Domestic (Feral and Nuisance) Animals Act 1994 What It Means To Pet Owners On Tuesday the 9th of April this wide ranging Act will become law in Victoria. Its provisions will effect all dog and cat owners. It will protect cats and dogs, and include measures to deal with nuisance animals and dangerous dogs.
